学生自主管理委员会
（简称学管会）
由5个部门45名学生成员组成，以“自我教育，自我管理，自我服务”为目标，在专业老师指导下，引导学生践行“修德、立人、行世界”的校训，协助老师做好管理工作，促进初中部各项工作的发展。

学管会设置了学习部、文宣部、生活部、艺体部、纪检部5个部门，由3名主席团成员及42名干事组成。

2月12日，初中部进行了“学管会主席团竞选演讲”。
OnFebruary12th,theJuniorMiddleschoolheldthe'ElectionSpeechforthepresidiumofStudents'Self-managementAssociation'.
通过抽签、班主任助选、竞选者演说和现场答辩四个环节，对8名候选人进行投票。
Throughthefourpartsofdrawinglots,theheadteacher'scampaign,thecandidate'sspeechandthefielddefense,eightcandidateswerevoted.
最终3人进入主席团。
Finallythreewereelectedtothepresidium.

2月16日，初中部进行了“部门纳新”。
OnFebruary16,theJuniorMiddleSchoolhelda'departmentalrecruitment'.
采用现场答辩、结构化面试、现场提问、即时作答等方式，选出5个部门的部长，以及各部门干事。
Theministersoffivedepartmentsandthesecretariesofeachdepartmentwereselectedbymeansofon-sitedefense,structuredinterview,on-sitequestioningandimmediateanswer.
